The District 12N Lions have a partnership with The Hearing and Speech Foundation, Inc. (HSF) located in Maryville, TN. This partnership has a limited account whereby District 12N Lions clubs may assist applicants with the procurement of hearing examinations and hearing aids through HSF for a reduced fee. Please see the attached Lions instruction forms and application documents that need to be completed and submitted to see whether an individual meets the assistance criteria. Both documents are required to be completed and submitted.

Used Hearing Aids and Monetary Donations – District 12N Lions Clubs are encouraged to collect and donate used hearing aids and/or monetary donations to the following address to put credits in the partnership account. The donations must be labeled “Lions District 12-N” to put credit into the proper Lions account.
