Silent Auction -The Silent Auction will help defray convention expenses. Please bring your Silent Auction donation to the convention no later than 8:45 a.m. on Saturday.

Registration, Accreditation, and the Hospitality room open at 3:00 p.m. and close at 4:30 p.m.
6:00 p.m. Dinner followed by a 1-hour play performed by the Powell Playhouse. Special guest performer: Lion Paws!
Hospitality Room reopens 8:30-9:30 p.m.

Registration and Accreditation start at 7:30 a.m. and close at 11:30 a.m.
8:45-9:45 a.m. – Opening Ceremony, Welcome/Introductions, Necrology Service
10:00-11:30 a.m. – Break-out sessions
Noon-1:30 p.m. – Lunch and speaker ID Bob Corlew
1:30-3:00 p.m. – District 12-N Business and Charities Meetings
3:30 p.m. - Reception for newly elected officers
5:00 p.m. – Dinner followed by speaker ID Bob Corlew
We have arranged for free parking at the hotel for all who attend, whether staying at the hotel or not. Room rates are $89 (Double) or $99 (Queen or King) plus tax per night and must be made directly with the hotel (865) 522-2600 by January 22, 2013. Mention Lions Convention for this special rate.
Directions to the Knoxville Crowne Plaza Hotel -
- If coming from the West: I-40 to exit #388A, James White Pkwy, take Summit Hill Dr. exit off Pkwy. Turn right at traffic signal, go through 3 traffic signals, Hotel is on the right.
- If coming from the East: Exit #388A, James White Pkwy, take Summit Hill Dr. exit off Pkwy and follow direction above.
- If coming from the North: I-75 South to I-275 South to I-40 East, then follow I-40 East Directions above.
