District Governor Nathanael’s Message – October 2025
“A Labor of Love”
Over the Labor Day weekend, Tatum and I had the privilege of getting to serve with LCI at the “Tailgate Town Kick Off Event ” in Atlanta, Georgia. We feel extremely grateful to have met and served beside some awesome Lions prior to the Tennessee vs Syracuse game. We passed out noise makers, signs, and even participated in a service project. This service project was coloring cards and writing notes of inspiration to cancer patients in local hospitals. LCI was a sponsor for the game so we were able to take a field tour, watch the game from the LCI suite, and enjoy the company of a past president, Jim Ervin, and other Lions.
I am thankful to be a part of a great organization like Lions who is recognized world wide for the impact
they make in the lives of others. I am blessed, too, for
the relationships Lions has created in my life.
In Service, Nathanael Hughes, District Governor
