District Governor Paulette’s Post – July 2021
Happy New Year Fellow Lions!
As we begin our 2021-2022 Lions year, I look forward to visiting your clubs in person! I have already been doing some of that conducting Officer Installations for Sevier County and Farragut. I also visited Karns, Knoxville Diversified and Knox North Clubs – Thank you all for your kind hospitality! A highlight of being District Governor is visiting our clubs and learning about the wonderful service they are providing to their communities.
A big THANK YOU to DG Millie for all that she accomplished during an impossible year with COVID. We hope to continue some of the great programs and incentives that she started.
Our District Organizational meeting is scheduled for Saturday, July 17th at Lions Volunteer Blind Industries in Morristown. It promises to be a fun time with lots of information to share. District 12N Directories will be available for those of you that prefer hard copies but electronic versions will also be available on the District website at http://www.tnlions.org.
For those of you who were unable to attend Officer Training on June 12th, videos and training materials are available on the District Website at http://www.tnlions.org. If you feel you need more personalized training, please feel free to let any of your DG Team (myself, 1st VDG Rich Wilson or 2nd VDG Fred Miller) know and we will see that you receive some help.
Here’s to a GREAT year!
Yours in Lionism,
-DG Paulette Bailey
