Recognition Bestowed Upon Loudon Lion Jim Pope
The Loudon Lions Club’s King Lion, Jim Pope, has recently received the Distinguished Service Award from The Tennessee Farm Bureau Federation. King Lion Pope was one of five state-wide recipients of this award.
In addition to serving as President of the Board of Directors of the Loudon County Farm Bureau, King Lion Pope was recognized for his community service in the Loudon Lions Club, Loudon County Planning Commission, Mile of Dimes and 52 years in the Loudon County and state livestock associations.
King Lion Pope has been a Volunteer 4-H Leader for 43 years and was twice named “Shepherd of the Year” by the Tennessee Sheep Producers Association.
The Loudon Lions Club is proud of King Lion Pope for his service to his community!
