Serving in Rhythm

As District Governor Elect for East Tennessee Lions District 12-N, my goals for our district in the new year are to work as a team, improve communication, be kind to one another, and make our meetings fun and engaging. And of course, to serve.

I have chosen “Serving in Rhythm” as our theme for 2026–2027, echoing the Tennessee state theme. After considering several other possibilities, I felt this theme best reflects these goals. “Serving in Rhythm” also supports greater unity across our state, strengthening the bonds that help us serve more effectively. Together, in rhythm, we can build a district of purpose, positivity, and shared success.

Everyone is invited to our District Organizational meeting on July 18 at the King Family Library in Sevierville. The Charities Board will meet at 9:30 AM and the Cabinet meeting will begin at 10:30 AM.
