The East Tennessee Lions Eye Bank (ETLEB) has established the Watkins Fellowship in 2026 to in honor of Past International Director William “Bill” Watkins, a long-time devoted supporter of ETLEB.
The ETLEB gives the “gift of sight” through various programs, including eye surgeries, research and assistance to those in need of special eye care.
The program recognizes donations of $500.00 to ETLEB, which can be specified to one of these areas of giving:
- ETLEB Operations and Research
- Public Assistance
- Where Needed
