The Club of the Year contest for the District and Multiple District is divided into three categories based on the membership of participating clubs at the beginning of the term.

Congratulations to the 2009-2010 Lions Clubs of the Year, announced at the Multiple District Convention in May:

• Small Club of the Year (1-30 members) – Clinton Lions Club
• Large Club of the Year (31-60 members) – Kingsport Lions Club
• Extra Large Club of the Year (61+ members) – Tellico Village Lions Club
